Victim Without a Face by Stefan Ahnhem

Review published on September 28, 2016.

Victim Without a Face is a good first novel from Stefan Ahnhem.

A big city detective returns to the small town where he grew up and finds himself trying to figure out who is attempting to kill all the people who were in his primary school class, while also trying to save his marriage.

True to the spirit of Scandinavian noir, it features several key aspects: maverick detective with a troubled home life – check; bizarre murders – check; and big twists – check.
